A wireless silo level monitoring system that gives accurate, real time inventory for agricultural and industrial operations. Keep track of feed, grain, pellets, powders, cement and fluids remotely from a computer, tablet or phone, without climbing silos or relying on manual dips. Reliable inventory data helps operators avoid shortages, improve stock accuracy, lower running costs and make better purchasing decisions across one site or many.
A sensor is mounted at the top of the silo and continuously measures the material level. When dust settles on the sensing surface, an automatic self-cleaning cycle clears it so readings stay accurate, with no production downtime and no manual cleaning. Level readings are sent securely to a cloud dashboard, where users can view stock, set low-level alerts and act on inventory from any connected device. The unit is serviceable at the base of the silo for easy maintenance.
| [ Measurement ] | Continuous level measurement in silos up to about 40 metres (130 feet) tall, with up to +/-3% accuracy and no moving parts. |
| [ Self-cleaning ] | Automatic active dust cleaning of the sensing surface for dependable readings in dusty, harsh environments. |
| [ Enclosure ] | Custom IP68 enclosure for protection against dust and water ingress, field proven over several years of operation. |
| [ Connectivity ] | Sigfox and cellular communication options, with seamless integration into existing SCADA and automation systems. |
| [ Power ] | Optional solar power for remote and off-grid installations. |
| [ Flexible fit ] | Compatible with virtually any silo size or configuration, vertical or horizontal installation, and suited to cement silos and fluids such as molasses and minerals. |
| [ Options ] | Optional temperature and humidity sensing. |
